How to Use Local Depositor Function?

The Local Depositor function allows users to transfer funds from their e-wallet to another client’s e-wallet within the system.

How do I Access the Local Depositor Function?

1. Log in to Your Member Area: Use your credentials (email and password) to access the system.

2. Navigate to the Funds Section: Once logged in, locate and click on the “Funds” tab or section in the main navigation menu.

3. Select the Local Depositor Option: Within the Funds section, find and select “Local Depositor.”

How do I initiate an Internal Transfer?

1. Select Accounts Involved: Choose the accounts from which funds will be transferred.

2. Enter Client ID and Recipient’s Wallet ID: Input the unique Client ID and the Wallet ID of the recipient.

3. Enter the Transfer Amount: Enter the transfer amount in the “Transfer Amount” field or choose the percentage to determine the transfer amount based on the current balance in the e-wallet.

Are there any fees associated with Local Depositor?
In our system, Local Depositor transactions are free of charge, which makes fund management more cost-effective.

How long does it take for an Internal Transfer to complete?
Local Depositor transfers are processed instantly if the transfer amount does not exceed $10,000 per day.

Is there a limit on the amount I can transfer internally?
Yes, there is a limit on the amount you can transfer internally. The daily internal transfer limit is $10,000. Any transfer exceeding $10,000 requires verification by our team. The processing time for such requests is 24 hours from the time they are submitted.
