What is a withdrawal preset?

A withdrawal preset is a saved set of withdrawal details (currency, payment method, bank info, etc.). Save it once, reuse it later so you don’t re-type the same information.

Set up a preset

1. Sign in to your Member Area.

2. Go to Funds → Withdraw.

3. Fill out your withdrawal details:
   A. Withdraw in Fiat Money (USD, VND, MYR, INR, PHP, etc.)

• Choose currency.

• Select the payment method.

• Enter the withdrawal amount. 

• Add bank details (Beneficiary Name, IBAN/Account Number, Bank Name, SWIFT).

  
  

4. Save Preset.

5. Preset is Created

• After completing steps 1–3, click the “Presets” button above the “Payment Method” section, choose your saved preset, and select “Use Preset.” The system will automatically fill in the details based on your saved settings.

Can I save more than one?

Yes. You can create as many presets as you need, then select the one you want when you proceed withdrawal.

Edit or remove presets

• To edit: open Presets, choose a preset, click Edit, update the info, and save.

• To delete: open Presets, choose a preset, click Delete.
