Deposit and Withdrawals
Due to security policies, we must first proceed with the withdrawal method that matches your deposit method. Card payments always have to be refunded first.
To submit a request, kindly follow these steps:
Please log in to my.tradequo.com with your email address and password.
Open the Menu, then go to the Funds section.
Click on Withdraw.
In the ‘From’ section, select a Wallet with available funds, ensuring the currency matches your initial deposits.
Choose the ‘To’ option: FIAT, payment method: Card Payment, and fill in the necessary information.
Select one of the options for submitting payouts and follow the steps until you receive a notification that your submission was successful.
Please note that the withdrawal amount must be transferred to your TradeQuo Wallet before we can proceed with your request. The currency of withdrawal must match your deposit (if it does not, please also use our Exchange tab).
Note: If you have used a virtual card for your payments and cannot take a screenshot of it, please generate a PDF document with confirmation of the transaction made using this card. This will provide us with the necessary details (card details, cardholder full name).
