如何更新您的个人信息

  1. 登录您的客户门户：使用您的凭据（电子邮箱和密码）访问系统。

  2. 前往个人资料部分：登录后，点击页面右上角的个人资料图标（显示您姓名的前两个字母）。

  3. 选择“Profile Info”选项：在下拉菜单中，选择“Profile Info”以继续更新账户信息流程。

  4. 选择“Update”选项： 当您点击“Update”时，将出现一条消息，告知您对个人信息的更改可能会重置您的账户验证状态。在您可以访问所有 1 级（完全验证）功能之前，您需要再次验证您的身份。

如果您同意，请点击“Proceed”，进行更改，然后点击“Save.”
