Hayır. Mevcut bir işlem hesabının temel para birimi, hesap oluşturulduktan sonra değiştirilemez. 

Farklı bir temel para birimi kullanmak istiyorsanız Müşteri Portalı üzerinden tercih ettiğiniz para biriminde yeni bir işlem hesabı açabilirsiniz. Aşağıdaki adımları izleyin: 

  1. Müşteri Portalı’na giriş yapın: Sisteme erişmek için e-posta adresinizi ve şifrenizi kullanın. 

  2. Platformlar bölümüne gidin: Giriş yaptıktan sonra ana menüdeki “Platformlar” sekmesini bulun ve tıklayın. 

  3. İşlem platformunuzu seçin: Tercih ettiğiniz işlem platformu olarak MT4 veya MT5’i seçin. 

  4. Hesap ekleyerek başlayın: “Hesap Ekle” seçeneğine tıklayın. Bir sonraki ekranda işlem ürününü seçin ve ardından temel para birimini belirleyin. 

Yeni hesap oluşturulduktan sonra gerekirse mevcut hesabınızdan dahili olarak para transferi yapabilirsiniz. Hesap eklerken herhangi bir sorunla karşılaşırsanız lütfen support@tradequo.com adresinden destek ekibimizle iletişime geçin.
