Bagaimana cara mengatur ulang kata sandi saya di portal klien? 

Jika Anda lupa kata sandi login pada Client Portal, Anda dapat mengatur ulang dengan mudah dengan mengikuti langkah-langkah berikut: 

  1. Buka halaman login TradeQuo dan klik tautan “Forgot Password” (ditampilkan dalam warna merah). Atau klik pada tautan ini: 
    https://my.tradequo.com/id/auth/reset-password

  2. Masukkan alamat email yang Anda gunakan untuk mendaftar di TradeQuo, lalu klik Continue. 

  3. Anda akan menerima kode verifikasi melalui email. Masukkan kode tersebut ke dalam kolom yang disediakan dan klik Continue. 

  4. Buat kata sandi baru dan klik Continue. Pastikan kata sandi baru Anda memenuhi persyaratan yang ditampilkan. 

  5. Kata sandi baru Anda telah berhasil dibuat. Gunakan untuk login dan selesaikan prosesnya.
