Cara Memperbarui Detail Pribadi Anda

  1. Masuk ke Portal Klien: Gunakan kredensial Anda (email dan kata sandi) untuk mengakses sistem.

  2. Buka Bagian Profil: Setelah masuk, klik ikon profil (menampilkan dua huruf pertama dari nama Anda) di sudut kanan atas halaman.

  3. Pilih Opsi Info Profil: Di dalam menu dropdown, pilih “Info Profil” untuk melanjutkan proses pembaruan detail akun.

  4. Pilih opsi Perbarui: Saat Anda mengklik “Perbarui”, sebuah pesan akan muncul yang memberi tahu Anda bahwa perubahan pada detail pribadi Anda dapat mengatur ulang verifikasi akun Anda. Anda perlu memverifikasi identitas Anda lagi sebelum dapat mengakses semua fitur Level 1 (terverifikasi penuh).
