Firstly, check if trading is allowed by clicking on Tools -> Options -> Experts tab -> Allow real trading. Ensure that the EA button on the main toolbar is enabled. On the top right-hand corner of your chart, you should see a smiley face if the EA is activated correctly. If everything appears to be fine but the EA is still not trading, check your log files via the Experts tab in the Terminal window (it should display any errors that occur). Alternatively, you can contact our support team for further assistance.
