To find your Client ID in the Client’s portal, kindly follow these steps:

  1. Log in to Your Member Area: Use your credentials (email and password) to access the system.

  2. Navigate to the Profile section: After logging in, click on the round icon with your initials in the top right corner of the member area. Select “Profile Info” from the dropdown menu.

  3. Profile Information: Within the Profile section, scroll down until you find the “Account” section.

  4. Find Your Client ID: Your Client ID will be displayed in number format under the “Account” section.
